As the operational "right hand" of the Product team, you will streamline our organization, ensure a steady release cadence, and serve as the primary point of contact for high-impact client projects.
1. Orchestrator of the Organization (50%)
- Roadmap Management: Translate strategic priorities into a concrete and realistic execution plan.
- Sprint Cadence: Set the pace of sprints, remove blockers, and track progress in close collaboration with developers and leadership.
- Quality & Process: Ensure each release meets our standards and continuously improve our tracking tools and methods (Jira).
2. Product Arbitration & Strategic Project Relay (50%)
- Arbitration & Impact: Act as the first filter on incoming requests, evaluating whether they represent core features for the portfolio or specific client needs.
- Effort vs. Value: Assess the impact of requests to integrate them without derailing the roadmap.
- Enterprise Client Interface: Serve as the product expert for major accounts, understanding their financial context (consolidation, reporting, budgets) to propose pragmatic solutions.
- Pressure Management: Handle urgent situations with calm, knowing how to say "no" diplomatically while offering constructive alternatives.
