Description
Our client is recruiting an Administrative Project Assistant to support with document control. This starts as a temporary mission of 6 months but with the potential of extension of the project/turning into a permanent opportunity.
Your tasks:
- Check documents and verify that they meet the client's requirements

Take the necessary action when problems are detected

Manage the document flow every step of the process
- Act as a point of contact within the project team
Profile

You are immediately available for this project

You have experience within administration or you have obtained a relevant degree (business administration, business and languages, ...)
- You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
- You work very accurate and you are detail oriented
- You are able to work with multiple programs and are good with them: Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, ...
- You have your own transportation and can easily get to Kallo every day
