About ENTSO-E
ENTSO-E is the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity. We coordinate the cross-border system operations, system development and electricity market activities of the 40 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) which cover 36 countries. The ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels provides support on technical, market and policy developments for all European TSOs in their cooperation with each other, in their joint fulfilment of their legal mandates, and in the intensive interactions with EU decision-makers, regulatory agencies, associations representing network users and other stakeholders.

Job description
As Communications Specialist, you will join the Policy, Communication & Stakeholder Management Section to strengthen ENTSO-E’s voice, visibility, and digital reach. Combining creative content production with front-end web editing and analytics, you will craft high-impact print and digital content, maintain and optimise our websites and social media channels and support key events. In this dynamic role, you will play a central part in elevating ENTSO-E’s online presence and delivering key digital initiatives while ensuring our messaging remains consistent and engaging across all stakeholder touchpoints.
You will work in the ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels, reporting to the Communications Manager.
Your responsibilities
Your tasks will vary depending on project priorities and may include, but are not limited to:
Drafting, designing, and publishing engaging content (including newsletters, social media posts, blogs, press releases, and visual assets) across digital and print platforms.
Supporting front-end web editing, design, and day-to-day maintenance for the main ENTSO-E website and subsidiary sites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on website traffic, SEO performance, and social media engagement.
We are looking for a motivated professional with the following skills and qualifications:
Master’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
Strong digital skillset, including proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and a good eye for UI/UX. Familiarity with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is considered a plus.
Demonstrated experience with SEO, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and performance reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
