- can translate strategy into content that works,

Someone who sees content as a growth engine rather than just “something that needs to go online.”
You will contribute to the content and visibility of:
- Are Agency itself
- Are Agency clients (B2B & B2C)
Your responsibilities:
- writing compelling social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- developing content strategies
- creating short-form video
- briefing and coordinating designers, video professionals, and content creators
- create content calendars
- conduct content workshops
- Using AI tools to work faster and smarter
- contribute ideas for campaigns, hooks, and positioning
- spotting trends before they go mainstream
- analyze which content really works
- Challenge customers when content is “safe but boring”
Someone who:
- writes fluently in Dutch (and preferably also in English)
- understands how content attracts attention / algorithm
- has a knack for both branding and performance
- can work independently
- considers speed important
- gets energy from entrepreneurship and growth
- is interested in AI, automation, and new technology
Bonus points if you:
- have experience with video/content creation
- have experience working at an agency
- Design tools used
- have a knack for business, sales, and entrepreneurship
