- Location: Liège
- Building and maintaining detailed project schedules and cost breakdown structures across a portfolio of industrial projects, using MS Project and Clarity to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supporting the full resource management process by developing and updating scope breakdowns and organisational breakdown structures (OBS), helping teams work more effectively and efficiently.
- Organising and facilitating project risk analysis sessions, managing the full administrative follow-up including risk encoding, contingency creation, and integration into project schedules and budgets.
- Developing and maintaining project KPIs, dashboards and reports for steering committee presentations, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development of new project management models, templates and procedures, covering areas such as resource management, risk management and scheduling methodologies.
- You hold a Master's degree in Civil, Industrial or Bio Engineering, or a related discipline, and are eager to launch your career in project management within a complex industrial environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project; familiarity with Clarity is a plus.
- You are fluent in French & English
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience
- You are pragmatic, proactive and autonomous, with a genuine enthusiasm for working within multidisciplinary teams and tackling new challenges in a fast-paced project environment.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to identify and help resolve conflicts related to resources, budgets or scheduling in a constructive and collaborative way.
