To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an associate with at least 3 years of experience to join our Real Estate Team, within the Real Estate & Regulatory department.
Our team has an excellent reputation in both transactional and contentious real estate matters. Our practice covers all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, lease agreements, real estate financing and investment structures. We advise clients on a broad range of real estate matters, draft and negotiate contracts, and litigate before the relevant courts. Our team also regularly handles assignments in closely related fields such as environmental law, planning law, energy law and public procurement.
- You are a Belgian-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in real estate law, ideally gained in a similar practice.
- If you have worked or studied abroad, we consider this an asset.
- You are fluent in French and English. Your level of Dutch is suitable for daily use in a business environment.
- You have excellent writing skills and prefer a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
- You are open to handling assignments in related areas, including environmental law, planning law, energy law and public procurement.
