Building the Quality of Innovative Product Development
At NiniX Technologies, we develop and build innovative products, prototypes, and machines for customers with challenging technical problems. We do this with a team of around 25 colleagues who know each other well, move quickly, and take ownership. Due to the retirement of our current quality manager, we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer.
As the quality manager within NiniX, you are the go-to person for everything related to quality. You safeguard our quality management system, support our activities within Product Development in particular, and help further develop our quality culture. Where needed, you also support projects within our machine building activities.
At NiniX, we're not looking for a quality manager who mainly enforces procedures. We're looking for a colleague who enjoys working closely with people, takes initiative, and helps build a quality culture that gets a little better every day.
Where will you make a difference?
You ensure that our quality system continues to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and translate these into daily practice. Specifically, you will be involved in:
- Managing and further developing the quality management system
- Organizing and guiding internal, external, and customer audits
- Following up on customer and supplier complaints, including CAPAs and root cause analyses
- Translating changes in standards and regulations into concrete actions within the organization
- Carrying out risk analyses and validations, as well as managing measuring equipment
- Supporting engineering and production on quality matters
- Preparing the Management Review and following up on KPIs and improvement actions
Depending on your experience, you will also support the follow-up of Medical Device files, Regulatory Affairs, and the role of Head of Physical Control / Radiation Protection Officer. No experience in these areas yet? We'll provide the necessary training.
Who are you?
You're someone who enjoys taking responsibility and gets energy from improving quality. You feel at home in a small organization where you work independently, while collaborating closely with engineering, production, and project management.
In addition:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or quality-oriented field
- You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management in a technical production or development environment, a significant part of which within an IATF 16949 environment
- You are familiar with quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis, and have a statistical foundation (SPC, MSA, capability analyses)
- Knowledge in these areas is a plus
You are decisive, willing to take a stance, and know how to bring colleagues along positively in quality improvements.
