Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- At least 5 years' experience supporting and implementing in deployable or large enterprise environments of Centralized storage systems based on FC, iSCSI, SAS or Hyper converged technology like vSAN;
- Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles;
- At least 3 years' active participation in a DevOps team with demonstrable experience of: Bash or PowerShell scripting languages.
Duties/role:
- Providing professional and technical contributions to the design, development, and execution of DCIS engineering projects;
- Contributing to and participating in a Development-Operations (DevOps) environment using concepts like continuous integration, continuous change management, deployment automation, and system monitoring;
- Supporting junior staff with incident management, service request, and problem management processes as the senior engineer and ultimate problem solver.
