This role offers the opportunity to become a genuine business partner, working on strategic international transactions while developing the skills and experience to lead deals independently.
Reporting directly to the Head of M&A Legal, you'll join a dedicated specialist team responsible for delivering acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic investments that support the company's long-term growth.

You'll take ownership of significant elements of live transactions while working alongside experienced colleagues on some of the company's most important strategic projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading legal workstreams on domestic and international M&A transactions.

Managing legal due diligence and coordinating specialist legal input across multiple jurisdictions.

Drafting and negotiating key transaction documentation and ancillary agreements (NDAs, TSAs, etc.).

Supporting transaction structuring and identifying practical solutions to legal risks.

Managing internal stakeholders across M&A Execution, Corporate Strategy, Tax, Treasury, Finance, HR, IT, Compliance and other functions throughout the deal lifecycle.

Coordinating signing and closing activities.

Supporting post-closing integration, corporate reorganisations, carveout transactions and other ongoing transaction matters.

Working closely with external counsel and assuming responsibility for transaction leadership.
You'll also have the opportunity to independently lead selected acquisitions and strategic projects.
