Your Role :
As a VIE Brand Manager Water, You will join the Waters marketing team and help bring our healthy hydration strategy to life for consumers in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will support the translation of consumer needs, brand purpose and business priorities into strong communication, activation and innovation plans.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Support the Group Brand Manager Waters in implementing the 2027 brand plans for Belgium and the Netherlands, including product launches, media campaigns, PR events and in-store activations.
Contribute to the operational management of the brands, including budget follow-up, influencer collaborations, planning and coordination.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management within an international and dynamic FMCG environment.
About You:
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
You hold, or are completing, a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field; a relevant Bachelor’s degree may also be considered.
You have a first experience in marketing, brand management, digital, trade marketing or FMCG, for example through an internship.

Fluent in English.

Knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong plus.
Are you eligible for a V.I.E?
V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company.

You must be aged 18 to 28

You must have completed national service obligation.

You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.

You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.
What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?

Business France handles everything for volunteer’s contract.

Business France handles the whole care insurance for volunteers (sickness; maternity invalidity; work accidents).

There are no taxes and charges on salary. There are no unemployment benefits and retirement contribution.

You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
