Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 2-years post-related experience OR , exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 6-years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
- Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in the delivery and implementation of management support mechanisms or other professional-level activities;
- Proven ability to multi-task, manage time, deliver on responsibilities and work effectively under pressure while producing high-quality products, at times, under short deadlines.
Desirable:
- Business Process design and implementation.
- Proven experience in resource planning and personnel management;
- Proven experience in budgetary planning and management.
Duties/role:
- Contributing to the development of policies, processes, standards, and guidelines for strategy development and planning;
- Developing and communicating plans to drive strategy execution and related change planning;
- Providing support and guidance to enable stakeholders to adhere to the agreed approach.
