What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and Support the Team: Coach and inspire a team of skilled sales professionals with an inclusive leadership style.
- Drive the Sales Cycle: Oversee success from initial contact to closing, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Enhance the Customer Journey: Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs.
- Negotiate and Secure Deals: Lead negotiations and develop pricing strategies to support growth.
- Build Market Presence: Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and events to strengthen our brand.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a people-first leader with strong commercial instincts and a proven track record in driving sales and performance. You have experience leading teams, ideally within construction, Contech - or a similar industry - and you thrive creating a positive, collaborative culture. You’re confident in communication, both written and verbal, and bring a high level of professionalism and energy to everything you do.
