Within Belgium, the organization is strengthening its strategic sales capability to lead large, transformational deals across enterprise customers. The Strategic Sales & Deal Maker plays a key role in identifying, shaping and closing high-value engagements, typically exceeding €10M Total Contract Value.

WHAT
Your mission
As Strategic Sales & Deal Maker, you identify, shape and close large-scale enterprise opportunities from early qualification through to contract signature. You typically lead one major deal at a time, while providing advisory input on earlier-stage opportunities.
- Develop deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges and regulatory context
- Build strong relationships across the client organization, from operational stakeholders to C-level
- Define and execute differentiated win strategies in competitive environments
- Lead and inspire bid teams to close deals between €10M and €100M
- Structure complex commercial negotiations and contract agreements
- Drive client-centric sales approaches focused on long-term partnership and referenceability
- Apply structured deal methodologies (win strategy workshops, deal reviews, price-to-win)
- Continuously re-qualify opportunities to maximize win probability
- Ensure accurate forecasting and governance compliance
- Provide market and client insights to leadership for continuous improvement

- Proven track record in closing enterprise deals exceeding €10M TCV
- Strong experience in complex IT, digital or services sales environments
- Highly client-centric with strong business and commercial acumen
- Excellent relationship builder across internal and external stakeholders

- High integrity and transparent way of working
