We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Data & Analytics transformation program. The mission focuses on the modernization of enterprise data capabilities, including the implementation of a cloud-based data platform, data governance, data quality frameworks, and the transition toward a data product operating model. The role requires strong leadership across business and IT stakeholders, ensuring program delivery, value realization, governance, risk management, and strategic alignment.
Lead and orchestrate a complex Data & Analytics transformation program.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, program roadmap, and project delivery.
Manage scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation at program level.
Coordinate multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
Establish and maintain governance structures, steering committees, and reporting frameworks.
Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities.
Ensure successful migration from legacy data platforms to modern cloud-based solutions.
Monitor value realization and business benefits throughout the program lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards.
You have the following skills
Proven experience as a Program Manager in large-scale transformation programs.
Strong background in cloud-based Data Platform modernization.
Experience managing programs exceeding €1M budget and/or 20+ FTE.
Solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, including:
Data Platforms
Data Governance
Data Quality
Cloud Services
Compute & Storage
FinOps
Data Products
Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies.
Experience in budget management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Project and/or Program Management certification (PMP, Prince2, MSP, PgMP or equivalent) is a strong asset.
Experience within the Energy sector is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
