Why this internship is NOT like the others
We’re not offering you coffee runs.
We’re offering you a seat at the table where we rethink how people access jobs.
You’ll work on real projects like:
launching partnerships (like Duo for a Job)
shaping how Proximus attracts diverse talent
building experiences that actually matter
What you’ll actually do
You’ll support on projects that sit at the intersection of Talent access, Diversity & inclusion and External partnerships
Concretely:
- Help launch and activate initiatives like Duo for a Job
- Connect with organisations, startups & ecosystem players
- Create content that makes people want to join (not just read)
- Support workshops, events or pilot projects
- Turn ideas into something real (yes, you’ll execute, not just observe)
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to be perfect.
But you need to be curious, proactive, and a bit bold.
✅ You’re currently studying (HR, business, communication, or something totally different but relevant)
✅ You have opinions on work, inclusion, or “how things should be done differently”
✅ You’re comfortable talking to people (internally & externally)
✅ You take initiative (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
✅ You like turning ideas into action
Bonus points if:
you care about diversity / social impact
you’ve worked on a project, event, or side hustle
you know how to make things look good (slides, posts, storytelling)
What you get
- Real ownership (not meaningless tasks)
- Exposure to strategic HR topics
- A network across Proximus + external partners
- A team that trusts you fast
- A line on your CV that actually means something
How we work
- Hybrid setup – mix of home working and time in our Brussels office
- Flexible, trust-based environment — we care more about impact than where you sit
- Moments that matter in person (events, workshops, team time)
Practical
- Brussels (North station)
- Duration: as long as possible
- Start: as soon as possible
Our vibe
We’re:
- ambitious but human
- structured but not corporate robots
- serious about impact, not about hierarchy
If you’re looking for an internship where you learn, build, and challenge things a bit… this is it.
