We're on a mission to empower athletes at every level to conquer their limits and pursue new adventures by optimising how our bodies convert fuel into energy. Rooted in science, built by athletes and driven by our mission, we create innovative and effective supplements for the most demanding adventures. Whether it’s a multi-day ultra event in The Alps or an early morning training ride, OLEUS is there to support the journey.

And now, we're looking for someone bold to lead the charge—are you in?

This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) position, and we are currently collecting applications to build a candidate pool for a future, anticipated opening.

ROLE

Head of Athlete & Community

This isn't your average ‘partnerships’ job. As Head of Athlete & Community, you'll be the face, voice, and energy behind OLEUS across our athlete network and thriving endurance adventure community. You'll build authentic connections, craft amazing content, and grow a global tribe of performance-driven humans. You'll work closely with the founders to shape how OLEUS shows up—online, offline, and everywhere in between. This is a high-ownership role in a growing startup. Your fingerprints will be on everything from partnerships to podcasts, from affiliate strategy to live events.

Key Responsibilities

Be the face of OLEUS at key events, races, and activations across Europe and beyond
Collaborate with elite athletes to co-create engaging media (interviews, reels, stories, articles, etc.) for our thriving OLEUS.TV channels across Instagram, our blog, and more
Represent the brand credibly on podcasts and other online media platforms
Lead and scale a global ambassador and affiliate network
Own the affiliate program—onboard, activate, and equip members with standout content
Develop smart partnerships with endurance-focused brands, events, and communities
Grow OLEUS' owned channels (e.g., OLEUS Official Instagram, Newsletter) through clever and authentic organic strategies
Support and optimise content on the OLEUS website, including product pages, nutrition guides, and community assets

About You

You're a young and ambitious entrepreneur at heart—ready to lead and take ownership
A natural, daring communicator who’s confident getting our name out there
You live and breathe content: social, design, video, storytelling
You're naturally community-driven, with a track record of building and energizing networks
You thrive in startup chaos: fast-paced, highly autonomous, and ever-evolving
You love being on the ground—at events, races, or on the road with athletes
Able to travel and work flexibly on weekends and early mornings to support athletes and activations
Based in or near our early adopter hubs—The Alps, The Pyrenees, The Dolomites, The Ardennes, or Snowdonia—would be a big plus

Ideal Background

You're (or have been) a serious endurance athlete—perhaps even elite—in trail, ultra, gravel, multisport, or adventure
You know your stuff: strong background in biology, sports science, or nutrition
You might hold a nutrition certification, or you're simply obsessed with how the body performs under pressure
Fluent in English; French, Spanish, or German are big bonuses
Bonus: You’ve managed ambassador or affiliate programs, or led content/community teams
