Today, we are looking for a Project Manager – Special Techniques to strengthen our Project Engineering team.
As Pairi Daiza continues to grow and evolve, you will play a key role in managing the special technical aspects of several construction and renovation projects. Acting as the technical lead, you will oversee multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and high-quality infrastructures across the Park.
Your Responsibilities:

Management of Special Technical Systems: You oversee the technical monitoring of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, automation, and other special technical installations throughout the project, from coordination to final acceptance.

Project Management: You plan, organize, and coordinate the various phases of the projects assigned to you, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, technical requirements, and quality objectives.

Stakeholder Coordination: You collaborate with engineering consultancies, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the work.

Site Supervision: Present on-site, you ensure the proper execution of technical installations, identify key issues, propose solutions, and monitor corrective actions.

Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: You ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. You proactively suggest technical optimizations and improvements to project management processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with the Maintenance, Architecture, and Management departments to successfully deliver innovative projects that contribute to the development of Pairi Daiza.
Candidate Profile:

You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a Master's degree in a technical field (Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Construction, or equivalent).

You have at least 5 years of experience in technical project management, ideally within the construction sector or on complex infrastructure projects.

You are comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and know how to unite different parties around shared project objectives.

You are capable of planning, coordinating, and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a global overview of the project.

You possess a strong knowledge of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, control systems, etc.) and are able to manage multidisciplinary projects.

You are organized, methodical, autonomous, and proactive, with the ability to quickly find solutions to unexpected challenges.

You are fluent in French. Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is considered a strong asset.
