Mission Overview:
We are seeking a Team Leader for a consultancy mission in the Group Life Insurance sector, representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves working on-site at our client's location, where you will be responsible for leading the policy servicing and underwriting team.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the policy servicing & underwriting (UW) team to ensure delivery of weekly tasks in line with team objectives, regulatory deadlines, and service SLAs.

Set up a monitoring structure for the TechCom scope.

Execute internal controls under the responsibility of the Team Lead.

Develop an action plan to reduce the “Not In Time” backlog and support workload stabilization within the team.

Coordinate weekly meetings and KPI monitoring.

Ensure the necessary operational coordination within the team to support key project delivery.

Collaborate closely with commercial and technical teams.

Drive continuous improvement in team performance and processes.
Expected Profile:
Knowledge: Familiarity with coverage types such as life, death, disability, and hospitalization; understanding of group insurance contracts; knowledge of regulations related to extralegal benefits and taxation; and knowledge of Sigedis processes.-
Competencies: Clear communication skills to effectively interact with clients and brokers; case management abilities to handle multiple files while respecting legal deadlines; and proficiency in using internal tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
