About the Internship:
We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team! This internship involves administrative coordination, customer service, and problem-solving to support students throughout their journey abroad with us.
If you are highly organized and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your Responsibilities:
Student Support – Assist students and parents with inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Booking & Travel Coordination – Follow up on student bookings, handle flight proposals, and request school transfers.
Event Support – Attend events to promote EF, including fairs and high school visits.
Administrative Tasks – Handle incoming calls, emails, and help manage the Help Desk.
What we are looking for:
Full fluency in Dutch (reading, writing, speaking)
Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
A customer-first mindset.
Experience in customer service, administration, education, or travel is a plus!
