As an Automation Engineer , you are the go-to expert for industrial automation across our packaging operations. You play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our production lines by leveraging your expertise in PLC, SCADA, and control systems.
Working within a strong international technical network, you support multiple sites and collaborate closely with local teams, global experts, and external suppliers. You combine hands-on problem solving with a strategic mindset, helping shape the future of automation in our operations.

Manage suppliers & OEMs
Act as a technical interface with equipment suppliers
Drive performance reviews and explore improvements or alternatives
Support spare parts strategy and obsolescence management
Degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or similar)
3–5+ years’ experience in industrial automation, packaging, or maintenance
Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks
Experience with OT systems (e.g. MES, reporting, virtualization)
Analytical, structured, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Able to influence and work across teams
Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally (Europe)
