We're building an AI platform that transforms how hotels interact with their guests and manage their operations. Our system integrates with the entire hotel software ecosystem: reservations, room service, housekeeping, billing, guest communications. All connected through intelligent automation. We're deploying across Belgium, Dubai, and Las Vegas simultaneously. You won't be writing code that sits in a repository. You'll be writing code that runs in live hotels tonight.
What you'll actually work on
The multi-language challenge A guest communicates in Mandarin. Your hotel operates in Dutch. The AI handles both seamlessly. Build the pipeline that makes this invisible.
The integration maze
Every hotel runs 15-22 different software systems. None of them talk to each other properly. Your job: make them. Not with documentation. With code that actually works.
The self-learning integration layer
We're building an integration layer that learns from every new hotel connection. Each property makes the next one faster. You'll architect this from the ground up, directly alongside the hotel group owner.
The real-world test
No sandbox. No staging environment that nobody uses. You deploy in live hotels and restaurants from day one. Real guests. Real data. Real feedback.

Don't send us a CV. Send us something you've built. A project, a hack, a tool, a script that solves a problem nobody asked you to solve. Tell us why you built it and what you'd do differently now.
Then answer one question: "A hotel in Antwerp handles 200 guest interactions per day across 12 different languages. 40% of requests are delayed or missed. How would you fix this?"
