The Proton Therapy Academy (PTA) is IBA’s global online and onsite training initiative, designed to help proton therapy centers excel in clinical practice, operational performance, and the adoption of innovative treatment modalities and solutions such as new indications, augmented offerings, and DynamicARC.
As Proton Therapy Academy Product Manager, you own the Academy as a customer-facing product end-to-end: from strategy definition to content development, stakeholder engagement, platform evolution, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Acting at the crossroads of education, clinical excellence, marketing, and product management, you ensure the Academy delivers meaningful value to multiple learner personas while supporting IBA’s strategic ambitions and contributing to high-quality proton therapy treatment delivery worldwide.
You will be part of the Proton Therapy Marketing team and collaborate closely with regional teams, product management, clinical experts, sales excellence teams, and external partners. The position is based in Belgium, but we are also open to considering remote candidates who can travel regularly to Belgium.
