As a Marketing & Communication Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional marketing and communications projects from the initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll work directly with business, technical, HR, and corporate teams, as well as external partners, to transform sometimes complex topics into clear, useful, and impactful content. You’ll structure, challenge, coordinate, and drive projects forward.

Your Responsibilities

You manage MarCom projects from start to finish: campaigns, content, materials, events, and corporate or internal communications.
You clarify requirements with internal clients and turn a sometimes technical brief into a concrete action plan.
You coordinate internal stakeholders: Business Units, subject matter experts, HR, Corporate, and Executive Management.
You produce or coordinate the creation of value-added content: articles, brochures, presentations, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, sales materials, and event content.
You oversee schedules, deliverables, approvals, vendors, and deadlines.
You ensure that messages align with the Trasis brand identity.
You track the results of initiatives and propose improvements.

Profile

You have a Master’s degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communication or equivalent experience.
You have 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, industrial communications, B2B communications, or MarCom project management.
You are comfortable in technical, scientific, or industrial environments.
You are self-reliant, organized, reliable, and capable of seeing a project through to completion without waiting to be told what to do at every step.
You know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ask the right questions, anticipate roadblocks, and keep stakeholders on track.

What Will Make the Difference

You have experience in a B2B environment within the industrial, technology, scientific, pharmaceutical, medtech, or biotech sectors.
You have a strong understanding of business, marketing, and sales challenges.
You have strong writing skills in French and English.
You have experience managing campaigns, events, content, or corporate communications.
Additional training in business, management, strategic marketing, or an MBA is a plus.
