As a Supply Chain & Commercial Management Trainee, you will be required to participate in a two-year Supply Chain and Commercial Management Development Program (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service), during which you will be assigned to several assignments in key Supply Chain areas and sales departments in order to gain a thorough and interdisciplinary understanding of the company's processes and ways of working.
Each assignment will last from 6 to 12 months and will consist of a mix of formal training and applied learning experiences in partnership with seasoned experts. The goal will be to actively contribute to Lutosa's operational excellence and develop a solid understanding of the company, with the aim of becoming a future leader of Lutosa.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Observe experienced staff and gain knowledge of the processes, procedures, methods and standards required to take on a leadership role in each of the program's focus areas.
2. Participate in cross-functional projects to better understand the company's processes.
3. Organize and lead work teams in assigned areas of focus, including planning, security, day-to-day operations, and performance management. Duties include decision-making, leadership, and administrative aspects of assigned roles.
4. Actively foster and promote good safety work habits, ensuring that safety policies and procedures are properly followed.
5. Actively participate in health and safety initiatives, taking a leading role in the quest for zero incidents through safety optimization.
6. Maintain one's own safety and the safety of one's colleagues in accordance with the company's instructions and rules

You have a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Commercial Management, Marketing or equivalent,Experience
- in the food industry is an asset,You
- have a good knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards,You
- enjoy working in a family environment,You
- are organized and able to imagine innovative projects, while facing problems and finding solutions quickly,
- You are open to travel between our two production sites (Leuze-en-Hainaut and Waregem).
