As an internal administrative and commercial officer, you are responsible for managing customer and prospect relations for the company.
- You prepare quotations, calculate prices and manage client files to close sales,
- You handle administrative follow-up: issuing purchase orders, tracking files through invoicing,
- You manage supplier relations, procurement and negotiate with the purchasing manager,
- You collaborate with colleagues on the development of our online shops
- You have excellent command of German (and/or Dutch) as well as French (spoken and written). Basic knowledge of English is an asset.
- You are comfortable with figures, margin and discount calculations...
- You are organized, responsible, sociable, honest and motivated
- Sense of autonomy
