We are looking for a Staffing Manager to join the Global Talent Deployment team and Drive Excellence through Strategic Resource Orchestration. As a Staffing Manager, you will be the bridge between our business ambitions and our world-class talent pool, play a pivotal role in our in our business line ABL BeLux following our Target Operating Model (TOM) in GTD.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end staffing lifecycle, ensuring that the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
Your role focuses on three strategic pillars:
- Demand Fulfillment & Strategic Matching:
You will validate the quality of incoming demand and orchestrate the 'casting' process. By leveraging internal bench, cross-staffing, and external sourcing (freelancers/subcontractors), you ensure every project is set up for success.
- Resource Optimization & Scheduling:
Beyond simple booking, you will manage capacity against demand. You will lead rotations, replacements, and extensions while proactively developing scenarios to optimize our Practice Bench.
- Operational Leadership:
You will drive staffing efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Your insights on capacity, availability, and fulfillment gaps will be crucial for our long-term Workforce Planning.
