Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups;

Collect, organise, and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data;

Conduct desk research and literature reviews to support ongoing studies;

Help prepare reports, policy briefs, and visual presentations of findings;
-
Contribute to the monitoring of EU policies relevant to culture, creativity, and related sectors .

Final-stage Master’s student or recent graduate in Political Science, European Studies, Sociology, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field;

Strong knowledge of research methods, both quantitative (e.g., surveys, statistics) and qualitative (e.g., interviews, thematic analysis)

Experience with tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, NVivo, or similar is an asset
-
Excellent command of English; other European languages are a plus;
-
Familiarity with EU policy and institutions, particularly in the field of culture and the creative economy;

Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently;
-
Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, and international team.

Hands-on research experience in Brussels within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team

Exposure to a wide variety of topics and industries (audiovisual, performing arts, heritage, media, etc.)
