The Product Manager B2C Sheet Vinyl plays a key role in shaping and driving our residential Sheet Vinyl portfolio across international wholesale and retail (DIY, etc.) channels. You will manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle, build data‑driven business cases and ensure our collections meet consumer expectations and market trends. This role offers a blend of strategic ownership and operational involvement with strong visibility across the business. #LI-MD1
- Product & Portfolio Management are key responsibilities. You own the full B2C Sheet Vinyl portfolio and ensure a healthy product lifecycle.
- You prepare and lead the roadmap for your collections and translate consumer insights, market trends and regional design preferences into relevant product proposals.
- You analyze product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction and recommend improvements or adjustments based on data-driven insights and market feedback .
- You will build data models in Excel or PowerBI for collection and customer analysis, where you estimate expected volumes and profitability for portfolio decisions and new launches.
- Work closely with R&D, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product feasibility, quality, and timely delivery. In a data driven way, you support marketing in the creation of compelling product messaging, sales tools, and promotional strategies.
- You collaborate with sales and marketing to position products effectively in these segments and you organize product trainings.
- You facilitate knowledge sharing with the B2B Product Manager to ensure consistency and synergy. #LI-MD1
Who are you?
- You hold a master's degree and 5+ years of experience in product managmeent, category managmeent or portfolio analysis within a consumer-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with cross‑functional project management and structured workflows.
- You’re capable of building and defending clear business cases.
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and highly reliable in planning and follow‑up.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Consumer‑oriented mindset with affinity for interior design, flooring, and product aesthetics.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, results‑driven environment.
