To strengthen our Quality Team we are looking for a
QUALITY ENGINEER:
Your role:
- You prepare and submit certification files to national authorities and certification bodies.
- You analyze quality standards, norms, customer specifications, contracts and aviation regulations and adapt internal procedures or manuals, or draft new procedures.
- You organize and supervise external audits of customers, authorities and certification organisations and handle the findings.
- You are part of the validation process of suppliers and subcontractors and monitor the process regarding the quality of the delivered products and services.
- You support the owners of the processes in dealing with quality deviations/findings, using quality basic techniques.
- You propose actions to improve the efficiency of the business processes.
- You prepare presentations and provide training to colleagues on quality topics.
- You participate in multidisciplinary projects.
- You conduct internal quality audits, provide reporting of findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- You assist in the statistical analysis of data and its reporting.
- You manage Non-Conformities at the Quality Level:
o Report any non-compliance and/or non-application of quality rules to management.
o Record and monitor quality deviations identified in products and processes, in accordance with the company's quality system.
o Analyze and catalog quality deviations relating to products and processes in order to statistically determine areas for improvement within the company.
o Raise awareness and provide guidance to all staff regarding quality management to ensure product compliance and the effective operation of company processes.
o Provide methodological support to management and/or process owners when addressing quality deviations in their area (using QMS tools).
o Independently validate the root causes of quality deviations as defined by process owners.
o Independently verify the effectiveness of corrective and remedial actions resulting from quality deviations.
