We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a Business Analyst (90 days mission).
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Business processes modelling.
- Business requirements analysis.
- Functional requirements analysis.
- Assistance in drafting business cases, project charters and security plans.
- Assistance in drafting test plans and test cases.
- Acting as an interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements from departments such as HR, Finance, Logistics and Operations.
- Translating business needs into functional solutions supporting business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Supporting business applications and ICT solutions through incident, request and problem analysis.
- Supporting senior stakeholders and VIP users by understanding their business needs and translating them into effective ICT solutions.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
The consultant must demonstrate experience in:
- Business analysis and business processes modelling.
- Business requirements analysis and functional requirements analysis.
- Data analysis and basic data modelling.
- Information systems matters and technical knowledge on project aspects.
- Large organisation administrative business processes.
- Knowledge of software development and ICT project methodologies.
- Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- ICT service management and IT support processes.
- ICT problem management techniques.
- Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence.
- Methodology: Project Management PM² and PM² Agile.
- Agile software development: Kanban and Scrum.
Technical certification(s) At least one of the following or any equivalent:
- OMG Certified Expert in BPM — OCEB.
- OMG Certified UML Professional.
- Agile Certified Professional IIBA.
