Technical Coordination
Engage and manage internal experts with in-depth technical expertise.
Act as the bridge between client requests and technical implementation.
Define priorities and allocate resources efficiently.
Risk Analysis & Solution Development
Structure and perform (or coordinate) risk analyses as the foundation for solutions.
Identify technical, operational, and market-related risks.
Translate risk insights into well-founded recommendations and decisions.
Ensure solutions are robust, feasible, and market-oriented.
Innovation Support
Support clients in developing and validating innovative products/services.
Contribute to assessing feasibility, applications, and market potential.
