Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the social media strategy for Denza in Belgium and Luxembourg, together with our social media European team.
- Review and approve all social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand guidelines, messaging, and voice.
- Monitor brand coherence across all social platforms, accounts and markets.
- Maintain an up-to-date content calendar that reflects marketing initiatives, product launches, and company events.
- Responsible for content updates and social media management tools operations.
- Support the content creation team to develop compelling content ideas and campaigns that align with social media goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and identify opportunities to enhance our social channels' performance and drive website traffic.
- Monitor and maintain brand reputation, addressing any potential issues that may arise on social media promptly and professionally.
- Constantly improve the community management process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Proven experience working with external social media agencies and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Linkedin, instagram, X, Facebook, etc.), content formats, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and content governance, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and publishing tools (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite).
- Fluent in Dutch and French, able to work in English
