- Coordinate and manage IT changes throughout their entire lifecycle, from request and assessment to implementation and closure.

- Work closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to guarantee smooth collaboration and alignment.
- Assess the impact of planned changes and proactively identify potential risks and mitigation actions.

- You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Change Management, IT Project Management, or a similar coordination role.
- You possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and operational IT environments.
- You have excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- You are capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
