Senior Product Manager
Location: Maldegem
Following our continued growth and innovation ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our product portfolio and help shape the future of our business.
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, steering product development projects, and ensuring our products continue to meet the evolving needs of customers and industry trends across International Markets.
Your role

Drive the introduction of new products and the phase-out of existing portfolio items.

Lead product development projects and coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Production, Marketing and Technical teams.

Translate market trends, customer needs and commercial opportunities into product initiatives.

Take ownership of product performance by analyzing margins, volumes, inventory levels and profitability.

Manage product master data, article creation, BOMs and pricing structures.

Initiate and coordinate product, packaging and supplier improvement projects.

Drive compliance of packaging solutions with international standards and regulatory requirements

Provide product expertise and direction for marketing materials, product launches and webshop activities.

Contribute to the long-term product strategy and growth of the Dumaplast portfolio.

Act as the central point of contact for all product-related questions and decisions.

Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and key business stakeholders to shape future innovations.
- Higher education degree in a technical, engineering or commercial field.

Several years of Product Management experience within building materials, decorative finishing, interior design or related industries.

Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking.

Proven ability to manage projects and align multiple stakeholders.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on approach.
