As an MEP Tender Engineer with a focus on HVAC, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing tender dossiers for HVAC installations. You translate plans and specifications into accurate cost calculations while collaborating closely with internal engineering teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
This role is based in Brussels, with the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week after onboarding.

Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and tender documentation with a focus on HVAC.

Prepare detailed cost calculations and quotes for HVAC components.

Compare offers from suppliers and subcontractors.

Suggest optimizations and alternatives to improve both technical solutions and cost efficiency.

Coordinate with internal MEP engineers, design teams, and other disciplines.

Identify risks and opportunities within projects.

Prepare final tender documents for internal validation and submission.
