Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst - Solution Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement of critical business and telecommunication applications. As a consultant, you will act as a key interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, infrastructure teams, and telecom experts, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Coordination & Support

Support the design, testing, deployment, and implementation of new solutions.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in supported applications and systems.

Ensure the stability, efficiency, and reliability of critical business solutions.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including procedures, architectural diagrams, technical specifications, test plans, user guides, and support materials. Ensure that the end user’s needs are properly addressed.

Take ownership of assigned tasks, assess risks, and escalate when necessary.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Analyse, challenge, and formalise business needs related to telecom and IT applications.

Translate operational and technical requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.

Conduct impact analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
-
Define and optimise existing processes (AS‑IS / TO‑BE).

Work closely with Product Owners, network engineers, architects, and IT teams to ensure solution consistency.

Participate in change management and user training activities.
-
Monitor deliverable quality, ensure functional validation, and support testing phases.
Solution Architecture & Technical Design

Design end-to-end solution architectures that align business objectives with technical capabilities, enterprise standards, and operational constraints.

Produce and maintain architecture deliverables, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, integration flows, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications.

Define application, data, integration, and process architectures for new and existing solutions.
-
Drive the definition of target-state architectures that address identified gaps, meet business and technical requirements, are supported by stakeholders, and remain feasible within organisational and technical constraints.

Define and validate application, data, and integration architectures, including APIs, authentication mechanisms, connectivity models, and interactions with internal and external systems.

Refine, challenge, and document non-functional requirements, including availability, performance, scalability, security, resilience, maintainability, and auditability.

Evaluate architectural options, technologies, and integration patterns, assessing feasibility, trade-offs, risks, costs, and long-term sustainability, and facilitate decision-making with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure seamless integration between telecom platforms, business applications, databases, middleware, APIs, and external systems while complying with security, governance, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Participate in architecture reviews, contribute actively to technology roadmaps, and conduct or coordinate Proof of Technologies (PoTs) and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical feasibility assessments to validate solution approaches.

Work closely with development teams throughout the solution lifecycle, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to architectural principles, integration standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

Provide technical guidance and support during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

Contribute and support to solution design decisions involving cloud technologies, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, databases, automation platforms, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.

Possess sufficient hands-on technical knowledge to understand application code structures, integration mechanisms, data models, and development constraints, and to effectively challenge, support and guide implementation teams.

Required experience:
-
Proven 5–7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Technical Business Analyst, Application Architect, or a similar role involving solution design, system integration, and stakeholder management.

Strong understanding of application architecture, enterprise systems, system integration, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience working closely with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.

Experience designing and documenting complex solutions, including architecture diagrams, process models, technical specifications, and integration architectures.

Solid knowledge of modern technologies and architectural principles, including cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and non-functional requirements such as performance, availability, scalability, and security.

Experience evaluating technical solutions, architectural alternatives, and emerging technologies through feasibility studies, technology assessments, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in complex, multi-vendor environments.

Understanding of telecom technologies is a strong asset: Mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), VoIP, SIP, IMS, IP Data communication.
