Location: Antwerp or Amsterdam
Experience: 3+ years hands-on experience with Product Data
This isn't a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. Loop is looking for a PLM Product Data Analyst to be the single, accountable owner for our product lifecycle data. If you've mastered the PLM logic and you're ready to break the rules that no longer work, this is where you do it.
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. This is a critical role designed to ensure data integrity and governance as we scale our portfolio of complex wearable products.
The right person for this role understands that a PLM system is only as powerful as the core data within it. We value the logical discipline of data management and a process-oriented mindset above specific tool proficiency. You will ensure that our internal teams and global suppliers are working from a single, accurate version of the truth.
What you’ll do
Core Data Ownership: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the creation and
maintenance of all Items, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Supplier data.
Lifecycle Management: Manage product data through the entire lifecycle, from the
initial "Explore" phase through to Production and End-of-Life (EOL).
Change Management: Process and manage change requests and change orders,
ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, and data remains synchronized across global
markets.
Configuration Complexity: Handle intricate configurations for multi-material
wearables, including board assemblies (PCBA), plastics, silicon rubber, and fabrics.
Supplier Collaboration: Ensure manufacturing partners have real-time access to
the correct revisions of BOMs, specifications, and change documentation.
We're looking for
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Data Management or Configuration
Management role within a product environment.
PLM Logic: Experience with modern PLM systems (e.g., Arena, Propel, Windchill, or
Teamcenter). We value your understanding of PLM logic and data discipline over
specific software expertise.
Hardware Context: Proven track record of managing products involving multiple
materials and complex supply chains (electronics + mechanical parts).
Mindset: A practical, execution-heavy approach with a commitment to data
accuracy and process adherence.
We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen.
What you’ll bring
Meticulous Attention to Detail: You take pride in "clean" data and understand the
downstream impact of a single incorrect part number or attribute.
Process Discipline: You enjoy building and following reliable workflows that reduce
friction for the wider team.
Technical Curiosity: You are eager to learn the nuances of how hardware—from
PCBA firmware to fabric dye lots—is represented in a digital system.
Collaborative Ownership: You take initiative to resolve data gaps and
communicate clearly with both engineers and suppliers.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Hands-on experience with Arena PLM.
- Experience in the wearables or consumer electronics sector.
- Familiarity with hardware R&D environments or startup scaling.
Loop isn’t for everyone. We might not be a match if you:
Wait for direction instead of taking initiative
Mistake activity for impact
Feel uneasy when things are still taking shape
Prefer alignment meetings over decisions
Good. We are not looking for people to watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More: “I can’t believe we did that.” If you are like that too, press that beautiful apply button and let’s talk.
We encourage you to submit your application early, as we review candidates on a rolling basis. We want you to start ASAP!
