Position: Senior Java Full-Stack Developer
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
Required Skills:

Strong experience as a Senior Java or Full-Stack Developer;

Mandatory hands-on experience with Java 6;

Mandatory hands-on experience with JavaFX;

Mandatory hands-on experience with Swing;

Experience developing scalable and efficient Java solutions;

Experience maintaining and optimizing existing applications;

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing;

Experience deploying applications in on-premise environments;
-
Good knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and security best practices;

Experience working in Scrum environments;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Ability to coach and mentor junior and mid-level developers;
-
Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation after appropriate training;

Dutch or French, combined with very good English.
Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with LeSS or with multiple teams working from a single backlog.
