We are looking for a talented and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Lead to join our Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role :
You will oversee warehouse and logistics operations that support biopharmaceutical manufacturing activities. You will be responsible for ensuring materials are stored, managed and supplied efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and safety. You will also lead a team of logistics professionals, helping them succeed while driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

You will be working in a team that plays a critical role in ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with manufacturing, quality, technical and supply chain teams, you will help deliver reliable logistics services while supporting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you’ll do :

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispensing, internal deliveries and returns management.
- Ensure materials are available to manufacturing teams on time and according to operational priorities.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirement across all logistics activities.
- Manage inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse space, storage capacity and material flow.
- Lead, develop and support a team of logistics professionals through coaching, training and performance development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support investigations, audits and operational problem resolution.
Interested ? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
- Experience in leading warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations within a regulated environment.

Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, and warehouse / supply chain management processes.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning systems (SAP preferred) and inventory management tools.

Strong communication, problem-solving and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
