As a Risk Manager you are part of the P2MO department within the Grid Solutions division and you provide project management expertise (risk, schedule, quality) on specific projects and increase the project management maturity of the company.
In this role you will govern and manage the risk process and your main tasks will be:
- Make sure the Risk Management Plan’s process and procedures are put in place and respected and suggest improvements on the risk management methodology
- Organize Risk Management meetings and report on the program risks
- Audit the ongoing risk management of the EPC contractors and exchange relevant information.
- Log identified risks in a tool, assessment of risk impacts, identification and follow-up of mitigation actions
- Make simulations and monte carlo analysis on cost and planning(contingency calculation)
- Provide expertise input to the program members on risk management
