Join our team as a Methods/Process Engineer in Antwerp, and contribute your expertise to the industrial industry. You will be part of our Methods/Process team, working within production workshops to monitor and optimize shopfloor operations. Your missions
Ensure the daily follow-up of several machines and production lines on the shopfloor.
Analyze performance (OEE, cycle times, scrap rate, recurring breakdowns, etc.).
Identify root causes of issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Contribute to the definition and update of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, etc.).
Standardize working methods and contribute to waste reduction (Lean mindset).
Use problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 5 Why, Pareto, Six Sigma tools).
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and address non-conformities.
Your profile
Experience in an industrial environment (production, methods, process, continuous improvement).
Knowledge of continuous improvement methods: Kaizen, 5S, TPM; Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of industrial maintenance principles (preventive, corrective, reliability).
Strong Excel skills and ability to perform calculations (time, capacity, costs, ROI, etc.).
Experience with Power BI or another data visualization tool for performance monitoring.
Quality mindset (non-conformity follow-up, quality KPIs, documentation).
Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, industrial, production, or equivalent).
Dutch and English fluent.
You demonstrate strong analytical and structured thinking, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
