Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Design Engineer Gearboxes and Powertrain, to join our Product Development team in our headquarters in Lommel, Belgium.
What you can look forward to as Design Engineer Gearboxes & Powertrain:
Taking an expert role within our design team at ZF Wind Power
Responsible for designing and calculating a product/gearbox in line with customer- and internal requirements, ready for production and assembling
Design and calculate components and systems of the gearboxes
Leave a mark on technological specifications of a products or a part of it
Being involved in the co-engineering of suppliers and other departments such as process engineering, purchasing, supplier quality and validation engineering
Your profile as Design Engineer Gearboxes & Powertrain:
Experienced mechanical engineer with bachelor/ master’s degree or similar
First experience with PTC Creo and Windchill is a plus
Creativity combined with interest in technical skills and a customer orientated approach
CAN DO attitude, taking initiatives and dedicated to realize the set goals
Strong in problem solving and good communication skills, fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage
