You will play a key role in supporting the implementation and monitoring of internal controls across the organization.
- Assist in defining and documenting internal control processes across departments and process cycles
- Help identify appropriate control points and apply principles such as the four-eyes rule
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the Minimum Internal Control Requirements (MICR)
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of control activities
- Coordinate and launch internal control questionnaires and follow up with responsible stakeholders
- Analyze and track identified control gaps and weaknesses
- Prepare internal control reports
- Maintain regular contact with process owners across functions
- Maintain and update internal systems, including:
- SharePoint / intranet (Connect page)
- MICR library and documentation
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Internal Control Assistant to support our Internal Control function at Group level. This role is ideal for someone with administrative or office clerk experience who enjoys working in a structured environment, interacting with various stakeholders, and supporting governance and compliance processes.
You will work closely with the Internal Control Officer, assisting in maintaining and monitoring the internal control framework across global processes.
Your profile:
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or office support roles
- Flexible for a part-time role (40%)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to understand a wide range of business processes.
- Reliable and enthusiastic, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment.
