For one of our clients in the Zaventem area, active in technology, we're looking for a full-time German speaking sales assistant (M/F/X).
It is an interim assignment with the option of a long term contract after the interim period.
Responsibilities:

Keeping track of product prices & conditions in the system

Working closely with the account managers
-
Communicating any changes
-
Handling contracts
-
Following up on yearly indexations & renewals of contracts
-
Preparing sales orders in the software system
-
Making sure internal cooperations between different departments goes smoothly
-
Following-up on deliveries and communicating about delays
-
Following-up on billing
-
Making sure all client details in het system are up-to-date
Prerequisites
-
You have a bachelor's degree or pertinent working experience
-
You are fluent in German, English and French.

Experience in sales support or order administration is a plus

You work in a structured way
-
You are meticulous
-
You communicate well (mosty written)
