As our new HR Intern, you’re here to fuel the fire. You’ll contribute to our mission by working at the heart of our growing team, gaining hands-on experience in both core HR fundamentals and change projects. Your kick-ass responsibilities:
Master the Admin

Provide administrative support to the HR Lead

Manage and structure our employee files and databases

Take ownership of key recurring tasks like contract handling and document follow-up
Team & Operational Support

Help prepare presentations and internal reports

Support ad hoc projects and day-to-day team needs

Be part of employee engagement initiatives (team moments, feedback loops, internal communications...)
