We’re looking for an experienced sommelier to support our restaurant team in delivering an awesome service to our customers.
As a key member of the eppo team, an amazing guest experience lies in your steady hands.
- You'll provide professional and attentive table service.
- You'll advise guests on wine selections and food & wine pairings.
- You'll curate, maintain and develop the wine list.
- You'll manage wine stock and ensure proper storage and presentation.
- You'll train and support team members on wine knowledge when needed.
- You'll contribute to the development of the beverage program.
- You'll deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high hospitality standards.
- Previous experience as a sommelier and/or waiter in a quality restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of wines, regions, grape varieties and pairing principles.
- You have a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You're a team player with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of cocktails and broader beverage expertise is a plus.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an asset.
