YUST is looking for a motivated student/intern to support our Project Manager on our upcoming projects!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Support
- Assisting the Project Manager in the daily follow-up of ongoing projects
- Keeping planning documents, timelines and to-do lists up to date
- Coordinating with suppliers, contractors and internal departments
Coordination
- Continuous communication and follow-up via email and phone
- Ensuring documentation is well organised and easily accessible
Operational Support
- On-site presence & support during key project moments
- Assisting with the practical roll-out of new projects and openings
- Spotting issues early on and helping find solutions on the spot
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Everything to do with project support: planning, coordination, communication, and problem solving.
There is no one who can keep a project on track like you:
- You are fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
- You are interested in hospitality, project management & operations
- You are organised, detail-oriented and not afraid to take initiative
- You are a proactive communicator who doesn't wait to be asked twice
- You are available for at least 3 months (longer is a plus)
- A background in interior design or architecture (student or graduate) is a plus
