Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Sufficient operational knowledge of English to:
- understand technical, operational, safety, and security instructions;
- communicate during service delivery and incident resolution activities;
- interact with Purchaser representatives where operationally required;
- complete service-related documentation and ticket updates.
Duties/role:
- Managing the change request (CR) process end-to-end;
- Preparing and submitting change proposals and impact assessments;
- Coordinating change approvals with governance bodies (TCC, CSC);
- Maintaining the change register and tracking all changes;
- Ensuring all implemented changes are documented and reflected in baselines.
