For our site in Ghent, we are looking for a Senior Forwarder to coordinate and organize the transport of goods and maintain customer contact to ensure timely delivery.
Your role as a Senior Forwarder:
- You will be responsible for handling shipping files.
- You will be in contact with our customers to provide them with additional information and answer their questions.
- Creation of the necessary documents.
- You will receive and process incoming orders.
Who you are

You have a passion for freight transport.

You already have experience as a freight forwarder.

You have knowledge of road freight regulations and a basic understanding of sea and air freight regulations.

Preferably, you hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics management, supply chain, or transport and logistics (or equivalent experience).

You have strong administrative skills.

You are a team player.

You are a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

You speak Dutch, English, and French.
