Your Tasks
- Monitor how staff timesheets are allocated across projects and funding sources.
- Handle employees’ expense claims and ensure timely processing of reimbursements.
- Assist the CFO with organization-wide budgeting and financial decision-making.
- Support project managers in developing budgets and preparing financial reports.
- Generate accurate P&L statements and balance sheets, review variances, and highlight key issues.
- Liaise with the external accountant during audits and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met while maintaining high standards in financial tracking and reporting.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Fluent in English and French/Dutch
- Minimum 3 years of experience (ideally in a non-profit organization)
- Knowledge of Odoo
